Why a Professional Whistleblowing Channel?

Ley Karin (Law 21.643)
Requires every employer to receive reports of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence at work, adopt protective measures immediately, inform the Labor Directorate of the investigation (or refer it) within 3 business days and conclude it within 30 business days. Janus records data compatible with SUSESO Annex No. 67.
MPD / Law 20.393 & 21.595
Adopting a Crime Prevention Model is voluntary; if the company adopts one, article 4 of Law 20.393 requires secure reporting channels. It is used to report bribery, money laundering and other economic offenses in the catalog.
Data Protection
Channel for reporting personal data incidents, security breaches and misuse of information. Law 21.719 takes effect on 1 December 2026, unless the bill under discussion in the Senate (Boletín 18.623-07) to postpone it to December 2027 is passed.
